We are a proud veteran-owned and operated family business, and Georgetown, Texas is now the place we call home. After relocating from El Paso, we planted our roots right here in Central Texas and we couldn’t be more grateful for this incredible community that has welcomed us with open arms. As a disabled veteran family, we built this business from the ground up with grit, heart, and a whole lot of love for the people around us.
What started as years of DIYing our own parties — the late nights, the glue gun burns, the last-minute store runs — turned into something much bigger. After doing it all ourselves for so long, we knew there had to be a better way. So we built it.
Today, Heart of Texas Creations is our family’s labor of love. We are your one-stop shop for everything that makes a celebration come alive — stunning balloon arches and garlands, beautiful backdrops, colorful balloon bouquets, curated gift boxes, luxurious eternal roses, and the most adorable personalized party favors including custom chip bags, water bottle tags, Capri Sun wrappers, chocolate wrappers, and Rice Krispy wrappers.
We proudly serve Georgetown and all surrounding areas including Pflugerville, Hutto, Cedar Park, Austin, and Round Rock. No matter where you are in Central Texas, we will bring the celebration to you!
